Crazy cart xl brushless kit (7000w)

THINGS TO NOTE:  WARRANTY VOID IF YOU WIRE ON NEW CONNECTORS!! (Reason being is you need a xt90s for the anti spark function)  bracket is uncoated please paint to match your cart!! 

Lead Times:  Each kit is built to order, lead times for shipping may vary depending on the order queue. However currently expect delivery within 2-4 weeks in the USA. 

Performance: 32mph + top speed depending on battery and rider weight. 14mm bore sprocket so you can easily change gearing for more top speed. (This speed is based on 48v 30a 20t sprocket ) customers have reported using a different battery going 60+. GOING THIS FAST IS NOT RECOMMENDED AND YOU ARE DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK (48v-72v) 

Battery Requirements: For optimal performance, a minimum 48v battery capable of delivering 30a continuous and 50a peak is recommended.

Compatibility: This kit is exclusively designed for the xl cart (DOESNT FIT STANDARD CARTS) new power button takes place of oem charging port.

Bluetooth Connectivity: With the addition of Bluetooth, you can easily access speed data, total miles driven, and make power adjustments right from your phone Via VESC® Tool. For users without Bluetooth, these features can still be accessed via a PC using a cable connection.

KIT INCLUDES:

1. Pre-tuned 7200w capable VESC open-source controller.
2. ipm v magnet brushless motor with upgraded motor wires. (We have ran over 5000w through this motor no issues) 
3. Motor sprocket.
4. Wheel sprocket 
5. Chain.
6. VESC to Crazy Cart throttle plug.
7. Motor bracket and hardware.
8. Aluminum Controller mount.
9. Power switch with aluminum mount. 

Reliable Performance: Each motor in the kit is thoroughly tested with its paired controller on a bench. The stock tune provides 1400w of power, but the kit can reliably handle up to 5000w. For users with compatible batteries, power can be easily adjusted as desired.

First round will be unpainted brackets that are a bit different then the photos, holes for baby fw11 have been added and bent instead of welded!
