3. Product Use and Installation All products sold through Charged Up Everything are intended for use by individuals who have the necessary knowledge and experience with e-bike components. We strongly recommend that a certified technician install the products, as improper installation may cause product failure, personal injury, or property damage. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and safe use of purchased items.
4. Lithium Battery Warning Lithium-ion batteries can pose a risk of fire, explosion, or chemical exposure if improperly handled, stored, or disposed of. By purchasing any lithium battery product from Charged Up Everything, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Batteries should be installed, charged, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Batteries must be disposed of according to local laws and regulations concerning hazardous waste.
- Charged Up Everything is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from improper handling, storage, or disposal of lithium batteries, or from any malfunction related to battery products.
5. Adult Supervision and Safety Products sold by Charged Up Everything are intended for use by adults. Children should not operate e-bikes or components without direct adult supervision. Proper safety precautions, including but not limited to the use of helmets, protective gear, and adherence to local laws and regulations, are essential. Charged Up Everything is not responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of our products.
6. Product Modifications and Repairs Any modifications, repairs, or alterations made to products purchased from Charged Up Everything by individuals or third parties void the product warranty. Charged Up Everything assumes no liability for products that have been modified or tampered with in any way.
7. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are subject to the specific return policy posted on our website. In the event that an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 14 days for assistance. For non-defective items, the return policy may apply, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
