The CUP-3.5 is a 3.5" color touchscreen built for VESC. Choose your layout, choose what every slot shows, pick your colors, and set up your buttons the way you ride. Whether it's a commuter scooter, a high-power e-bike or a one-off custom build, you can make this screen fit it.

Connects over Bluetooth, no data wiring to the controller
If your VESC has Bluetooth (a BLE module or a VESC Express), the CUP-3.5 connects to it wirelessly. Mount it on your bars, power it up, tap your controller once, and it remembers it from then on.

Controller doesn't have Bluetooth? Add the Charged Up Link. It plugs into your controller's CAN port, finds the controller by itself, and talks to the screen wirelessly. It also adds:

• Turn signals, headlight, brake light and horn outputs
• RGB LED strip control
• Kids mode / speed limiter
• Walk assist

Each Link pairs with its own screen and ignores every other one. On a group ride, your screen only ever shows and controls your bike or scooter.

Power: just needs 5V

• Any e-bike or e-scooter build: the screen runs off a 5V supply.
• Charged Up kits: a pre-made harness plugs straight into the servo plug on the kit. No cutting, no soldering.

Sees your battery: built-in ANT BMS
The CUP-3.5 connects directly to ANT smart BMS packs over Bluetooth. No extra wiring, and it works with or without the Link. Both current ANT board types are supported, the newer ANT@ and the older ANT-. It shows you:

• Pack temperature
• Every cell voltage, so you can spot a weak cell before it leaves you stranded
• True state of charge from the BMS, not a guess from voltage
• Charge and discharge current
• Capacity and amp-hours remaining

Plug in the charger and the screen switches to a charging view on its own.

Make it yours

• 8 layouts: Instrument, Twin Ring, Dual Motor, Tacho, Flank, Header, Cart, or Custom.
• Portrait or landscape, to suit your bar or stem mount.
• 26 readings to put anywhere: speed, amps, battery volts and %, power, duty, motor and controller temps, pack temp, trip, odometer, efficiency, Wh, Ah, peak amps, pitch, faults, and more.
• Color themes and accent colors across every layout.
• Swipe between pages. Long-press for quick settings: brightness, units, battery and controller.
• Day and night brightness for daytime commutes and night rides.
• Button actions: a short press and a long press on each button, chosen from 24 actions (mode up and down, pages, cruise, lights, reverse, night mode and more).

• 3 power modes, each with its own motor current, battery current, top speed and braking.
• Dual controller support for dual-motor scooters and two-motor builds.
• Trip, odometer and efficiency tracking.

Set up and update from VESC Tool
Every setting has its own page in VESC Tool, and changes save automatically. New features and fixes arrive as package updates you install yourself from VESC Tool.
